Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Amulet ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Amulet and is accessible at useamulet.dev.

2. Description of Service

Amulet is an AI-powered productivity assistant that connects to third-party task management and calendar platforms. The Service allows you to manage tasks, schedule events, set reminders, and organize your workflow through a conversational chat interface.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Amulet offers two plans:

• Free: Limited to 20 AI messages per day, 1 integration, 3 reminders per day, and 1-day schedule organization.
• Pro ($3.49/month): Unlimited messages, all 5 integrations, unlimited reminders, 7-day schedule organization, and proactive check-ins.
• New users may receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google Calendar, Todoist, Notion, Trello, Microsoft To Do) using OAuth authorization. By connecting an integration, you grant Amulet permission to read and modify your data on that platform as needed to provide the Service. You may disconnect any integration at any time from the Integrations page.

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI assistant may generate responses, schedule suggestions, and task management actions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any actions taken by the AI assistant. Amulet is not liable for incorrect scheduling, missed reminders, or data inconsistencies caused by AI processing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Abuse the AI chat system (excessive automated requests, prompt injection attempts).
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. Your task data, chat history, and integration tokens are used solely to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amulet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
